MYHOZEE does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped with tracking and the details for your package will be emailed to you on dispatch so you can keep an eye on it in transit.


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
